Peanut Facility

Barchemy's dedicated Peanut facility opened June 2023. It features a brand new 23K sq. ft. production facility and warehouse, allowing us to eliminate nut products from our Main Facility. It also houses our bulk dry blend production.

Barchemy's dedicated Peanut facility features:

  • High-capacity depositing lines
  • Wafers, chips, and liquid pails, drums, and totes
  • Dark and light roast peanut products
  • Touchless oil and dry ingredient handling
  • Robotic palletizers
  • Separate warehouse, QA lab, washroom, sanitation, locker rooms, café, shipping & receiving, utility infrastructure

Opened in January 2022, Barchemy's state of the art Allergen-Free confectionery manufacturing facility enables us to create products that are free from Top 12 allergens and Kosher Parve.
