Opened in January 2022, Barchemy's state of the art Allergen-Free confectionery manufacturing facility enables us to create products that are free from Top 12 allergens and Kosher Parve.

Barchemy's Allergen-Free production facility features:

  • High-capacity depositing line
  • Wafers, chips, and liquid pails, drums, and totes
  • Dark and white products
  • Touchless cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, and palm oil
  • Robotic palletizers
  • Separate warehouse, QA lab, washroom, sanitation, locker rooms, café, shipping & receiving, utility infrastructure

Barchemy's dedicated Peanut facility opened June 2023. It features a brand new 23K sq. ft. production facility and warehouse, allowing us to eliminate nut products from our Main Facility. It also houses our bulk dry blend production.
